The Yoga barn
The Studio is located within the Rainsborough Barns at the "Yoga Barn"- a calming and tranquil space located beside the villages of Charlton, Croughton and Aynho and close to the towns of Banbury and Brackley.
The peaceful setting, complete with a gorgeous garden and water fountain, makes for a lovely space in which our pole sessions are taught in. There is free parking directly outside the studio and can be seen from the road.
We teach group classes on 4 x Xpoles fixed into exposed beams, both 40mm and 45mm poles are available and no more than 2 to a pole policy, so you get plenty of time on the pole!
Classes can be booked via our booking website "Bookeo" and are ran on Thursday evenings and soon to be Sundays.

The barns can be seen from the main road "Aynho Road", which runs south from the village of Charlton.
It can be found either from coming through Aynho (traffic lights in Adderbury will take you to Aynho - past all the uphill corners and out the other end of Aynho itself) and then at a sharp bend where signpost is for Croughton straight ahead, go left and at the end of the road turn right and follow the road and the barns will appear on your left before the village of Charlton.
The studio can also be reached from Banbury or Brackley along the A422 where Farthinghoe is, there is a turn off on a corner before you enter the village of Farthinghoe (from Banbury). Take this corner small road and keep going until you reach the end of the road and then turn right. You will reach the village of Charlton. Go through the village all the way until the other side and it will dip down into bend and back up again - the studio barns will appear shortly on your right hand side.
The studio itself has a yellow door.
